Strength in Community | Burnout, Boundaries, Play, and Rest

SCW | Burnout, Boundaries, Play, and Rest explores how to have a better relationship with money, negotiation, and your mental health. What do your money beliefs, the art of negotiation, and your mental health have in common? A better question might be: what don’t they? Left unexamined or lurking in the shadows, these potentially challenging topics can create significant obstacles on your way to success.

An Overview of the Three Workshops in SCW | Burnout, Boundaries, Play, and Rest

Workshop 1 – Your Money Beliefs

We each have our own limiting beliefs, experiences, and emotions tied up in our relationship with money. This dynamic session will have you dig a little deeper into the layers and nuance of your beliefs, support you in rewriting your money story, and set you up to hold greater space for your financial success.

Workshop 2 – Negotiation: It’s Relational

You negotiate every day—at home, in your business, and even with yourself. Negotiation is, first and foremost, about self-awareness and human connection, two things women+ do naturally. Why then, do so many of us believe we aren't good negotiators? This session will provide you with the tools to negotiate more confidently, build stronger relationships, and strategize for growth.

Workshop 3 – Entrepreneurship and Your Mental Health

Your mental health has never been more important than it is today. As an entrepreneur, your mental health—and that of your employees—is the backbone of your success. If it all comes back to you in the end, your own well-being must be your #1 priority. This workshop was created for WeMB by mental health expert, Shannon Gander.

What is included:

  • A broader network and community of entrepreneurial peers
  • A space to slow down and invest time in yourself for the sake of your business
