Partnering with WeMB
Our reputation for empowering women+ in business is celebrated, and our commitment to inclusivity and the future of our economy is fervent. Demonstrating your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by partnering with WeMB strengthens your brand image and attracts socially conscious consumers.
As a partner, you’re helping to create jobs and stimulate the local economy, advancing a more inclusive and equitable business environment, and investing in future generations of women+ leaders in Manitoba.
For several years, WeMB has been working hard to define and refine our partner relationships. By analysing our assets and programs and having excellent internal and external discussions about what partnership looks and feels like for our organization, we’ve identified the key roles that our WeMB partners will play, based on our shared understanding.
Sponsoring Partners
Organizations/businesses that align with the vision, mission, and values of WeMB and agree to engage in a relationship that goes beyond transactional. Each organization cares about, supports, and provides value to the other, and vice versa. Sponsoring Partners agree to a mutual economic and/or market benefit that is evaluated/monitored/fulfilled.
Sponsorship is essential for the growth and success of non-profit organizations like ours. It enables us to execute high-quality events and provide crucial training to better support our clients. Beyond the fiscal benefits to WeMB made possible through our sponsoring partners, sponsorship offers valuable marketing and brand exposure to a targeted audience, fostering mutual growth.
Affiliate Partners
Organizations/businesses that align with the vision, mission, and values of WeMB and agree to engage in a relationship that promotes our brand, product, and/or service with an MOU or Partner Agreement in place.
Allied Partners
Organizations—including corporate, service, or entrepreneurial support agencies—that are aligned/associated with WeMB for the common cause of supporting self-identifying women+ entrepreneurs.
Connecting Partners
Organizations/businesses that have expressed an interest in WeMB and are seeking to establish terms or means to work together for mutual benefit. Connecting Partners describe early-stage relationships that will, hopefully, develop into robust, long-term WeMB supporters.
