Jackie Hunt is a Red River Métis executive leader bringing more than 15 years of senior leadership experience across the nonprofit, public, and Indigenous sectors. An accomplished entrepreneur, Jackie spent 15 years owning and operating a successful training and development consulting firm specializing in leadership, communication and conflict resolution, governance, and emotional intelligence. Jackie is also the co-founder of The Kindred Project, a charitable initiative which was dedicated to restoring dignity by ensuring women+ had access to essential period products.

Jackie is a former mayor and councillor for the RM of Ritchot and has contributed her governance expertise to numerous boards, including Volunteer Canada and the Canadian Housing & Renewal Corporation. Jackie currently serves on the Grace Hospital Foundation board.
