Therapy can be an important tool to help people to connect not only to each other, but also to themselves. We as human beings desire to be deeply known by our friends, partners, family and the communities we belong to, but we also long to know ourselves and live not only to survive, but to thrive in our own skin. As a relational therapist, I help my clients explore how we belong in the context of where we came from, where we are and where we seek to go. My approach is informed by a combination of our physiological experience of the world, a connection to our feelings and parts of ourselves, as well as connection to our own unique origin stories.
